Legal / Insurance

The RDAC is able to take referrals from these sources.

As a charity we are committed to providing a service to those people who need support to become independently mobile and as such are grant funded.

We do not get any support for those assessments that are due to an accident, may be the subject of legal proceedings either in the past, currently or in the future. However we are keen to help these clients as we consider that the service we can offer will be to the highest standards. For this reason we have to charge the commercial rate for an assessment.

The rate for an assessment in these circumstances would be a minimum of £1500 although an estimate will always be provided beforehand and an agreement to our terms and conditions would be required before carrying out this work.

The RDAC reserve the right to charge for work found to be required for a legal case at any time and the assessment may have to be cancelled.

We strongly advise that should there be any doubt about the status of the assessment , the RDAC is contacted prior to the assessment.
