Approved Driving Instructor Job Vacancy-Full-time/Part-time

An exciting opportunity to work in the charity sector with a great team at the Regional Driving Assessment Centre (RDAC)

To be based at our Oxfordshire centres, predominantly in Eynsham, Oxford.

Salary (pay according to level of experience)

Hours: up to 37 –  Monday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm

The Regional Driving Assessment Centre (RDAC) are currently recruiting for a qualified Approved Driving Instructor to be involved with assessment and advice for people wishing to drive vehicles with various health problems and disabilities, working in conjunction with Occupational Therapists and an administration team.  We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of working with clients with various neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. 

An induction period is provided with further training on the job and ongoing supervision and professional development. There will also be a mandatory post-graduate certificate in Driving Assessment and Outdoor Mobility to be completed within 5 years of employment. To be based at our Manchester centres, predominantly at the A J Bell Stadium.

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 14.5 – Ideally Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm but negotiable

The Regional Driving Assessment Centre (RDAC) are currently recruiting for a qualified, HCPC registered, Occupational Therapist (part time) to be involved with assessment and advice for people wishing to drive and/or access vehicles with various health problems and disabilities, working in conjunction with Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and an administration team.  We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of working with patients/clients with various neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. 

An induction period is provided with further training on the job and ongoing supervision and professional development.
