We will be in touch with clients as soon as we are able to begin booking assessments. Clients can also expect an initial screening telephone call where we will establish their readiness for assessment and any immediate concerns. We are in the process of setting protocols in line with government guidelines and getting advice on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, in order to keep risk to a minimum and to protect clients, visitors and staff.

“Please note that all RDAC centres will be closed from this Friday until further notice. All clients will be contacted when we are able to start operations again. At all times we will be following government advice and we will update the site on a regular basis.
If your assessment has been requested by the DVLA, we will contact you shortly to arrange new appointments as the DVLA have extended the time to have the assessment completed to 12 weeks currently”

To all our service users, assessments are still going ahead and, we are taking measures to ensure the safety of both clients and staff!
Some of our outreach centres have temporarily closed in accordance with the latest Government guidelines about social gatherings. If you are due to attend an outreach centre, you will be contacted by staff and notified of any changes.
