Our Hubs team are here to help you find alternative transport options, whether that be looking at traveling by public transport using a wheelchair, unsure about travel options with a physical or hidden disability or if you’re unfortunately no longer able to drive.

Our Hubs service is based in Solihull, Manchester, and Hull. The team can help by advising your clients on the following:

  • Accessible buses and coaches
  • Easy access rail and air travel
  • Community transport
  • Rights as a disabled passenger
  • Hiring or purchasing the right scooters and wheelchairs
  • Local, national, and international travel planning
  • Accessible venues and locations
  • Lifestyle choices and inclusive activities

We will consider exactly what you needs to get out and about to essential appointments, as well as helping find the best way to travel to and from the things you like doing the most such as visiting family and friends! And if you don’t like travelling alone, we also provide advice on ways to support with personal assistance whilst travelling.

If you are not local to one of our Hubs Services, then you will find information on our website for alternatives to driving around each of our centres.

Alternatively please visit Driving Mobility www.drivingmobility.org.uk to see if there is a local Hubs Project near you.
