The fee for a Private Healthcare referral is £150 + VAT. Please note that if your client requires a motorbike or HGV/PSV assessment there will be additional charges for the hire of the vehicles which will be between £120 – £400. If your client fails to attend the assessment that has been arranged for them or cancels within 24 hours then the full fee will be charged.
Once we receive a referral we would check the patient’s postcode to see which was the nearest centre for them, you can also specify on the referral where they would prefer to go.
The referral will go through a vetting process to enable their condition to be looked into and any further clarification or investigation to take place and establish what equipment and vehicle/s will be needed to conduct the assessment. One of our Assessment Leads may contact you in the event they require further information.
