We conduct free of charge assessments for people with medical conditions and disabilities who are referred by Charity organisations.
Once we receive a referral we would check the patient’s postcode to see which was the nearest centre for them, you can also specify on the referral where they would prefer to go.
The referral will go through a vetting process to enable their condition to be looked into and any further clarification or investigation to take place and establish what equipment and vehicle/s will be needed to conduct the assessment. One of our Assessment Leads may contact you in the event they require further information.
